Should your experience not meet your expectations, I am dedicated to making the necessary adjustments. Your satisfaction is my priority, and I want you to leave my studio or makeup chair feeling not just content, but truly amazing! If, after your appointment, you feel that your results require refinement, I offer correction services to ensure you achieve your desired look, always within reasonable parameters. Your happiness is the ultimate goal at Club Bay, and I am here to support you every step of the way!
There are limitations to correction services to protect all parties involved:
There are NO REFUNDS. My goal is to cultivate a long-lasting relationship with you. Sometimes, we may encounter challenges along the way. However, it is through these experiences that we can learn and grow together. I am dedicated to making the necessary adjustments to help you achieve your aesthetic goals. This process can take time, but I am willing to be patient with you if you are patient and reasonable with me!
you are eligible for corrective services 3 days post lash services, 1 week post skincare treatments.
you will no longer be eligible for corrective services if another Aesthetician or service provider is used.
In order to qualify for a correction service you must invest in the recommended retail products for at home care of services, or follow recommended at home care.

Cancellations:
If you have to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Giving 24 hours or more allows for me to place another waiting guest in that spot. If cancelling 2 hours or less before the appointment time, this will be marked under no show policy listed below.
Late Appointments:
If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment.
A grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled, and charged under No Show Policy.

No-Show Appointments:
In the case of a no show you will be charged 100% of your missed appointment and will be required to pay a 50% deposit before booking your next appointment. No shows will run the risk of me no longer providing or booking for your services.
